What is the advantage of taking intuitionistic fuzzy parameter instead of fuzzy number in land allocation problem?

I want to know why non-membership function is needed in agricultural land allocation data.

If your evaluation does not have complete knowledge I.e., 100% is not known, then intuitionistic fuzzy knowledge is useful. If your evaluation is 100% known about a parameter, then fuzzy modelling is enough. So it is depending on parameter and knowledge about the parameter.
