I think if we start from academic, maybe it's too far to discuss.
but if we want to minimize this gap, start from our self and a new concept of mind. that everything that can be done by each individual is the same position and degree.

I share with you that to minimize this gap we must start from our "I", breaking stereotypes, changing and updating our internal chip, no one can deny that we are different in our way of doing but not in being because we are all human. From my opinion the most important thing is that there is no discrimination against woman to work in the field of ICT. I see that the women can access the ICT work equally well as the men. The ICT work is also suiting the nature of women more than the men as it it an intellectual work than a muscle work.
I think it is not an equalization game!
