In recent study of different spintronics system, people are studied that the ferroelectricity in type-II mutiferroics is produced by spin current. I want to know to clear the origin of spin current and how it produced the ferroelectricity in the type-II mutiferroic systems at the magnetic ordering point.

The spin current is due to the motion of the spins in a parallel form as the electric currents are defined for the electric charge. But there is a fundamental difference due to the local conservation for the electric charge and no for the spin. But in any case this is the usual form to define it and to assume that there are two independent channels for spin up and spin down as Mott has made. This is a fundamental statement in spintronics.
In multiferroics or in anomalous Hall effect the spin current is associated with application of an external electric field and a curvature of Berry phase for the spinors. Thus the spin currents are a little bit more elavorated concept than the one of pure spin translations.

Yes, it is possible, in fact the electric polarization is proportional to the spin currents under certain conditions. Actually the ferroelectric moment is produced always by a spin current.
