I see the use of Artificial Intelligence to create a kind of Swarm Intelligence in social networks based on the principle of "one for all, all for one" as a very broad and important research topic in the field of social networks. This makes it possible to implement various intelligent services in social networks. The idea of Digital Twins is very suitable for these purposes.
See “Example of Swarm Intelligence in the IIoT” in:
The social network perspective is about relations between social actors (e.g. friendship ties between persons, business relations between firms, trade between nations, etc.). It is somewhat complementary to research endeavours focussing on the "individual" properties of social units.
Social listening or listening to social networks is one of the vital components in the field of audience research. Social listening provides an opportunity for businesses and brands to monitor and analyze conversations about their brand on social media.
The conversations that are carried out daily by the users of social networks are so wide that they cover almost all topics, so your business and brand will definitely be talked about in these social networks. Social listening allows you to monitor all these conversations and gain meaningful insights and data from them.
