What is relation between phase transition of ammonium nitrate and hygroscopicity?

if the change in phase transition happen from phase IV to phase III or from phase III to phase II, has effect on the hygroscopicity?

for example after coating ammonium nitrate by surfactant materials I dried it at 43 oC, in this temperature the phase transition happen. Is it decrease or increase the absorption moisture rate of ammonium nitrate? and also is it damage the coating or not?
