Usually, for the same type of asphalt, unaged asphalt has lower viscosity than when it is aged and therefore should coat better the aggregates when it is unaged. Like Mr. Khaled Ramadan said, your results are therefore unusual. If you are sure about your test results, then you should add more info about the type of asphalt used, the aggregate type, and the testing temperatures.
Agreed with Mr. Khaled Ramadan. it may happen due to the change in properties of material used or may be due to the lake of precision in test conducted.
Adhesion can depend on surface texture aggregates, mineralogy(Charges) of aggregates and viscosity of bitumen. However, aged bitumen has more negative charges compared to zeta potential level. That's why aged bitumen show good adhesion compared to virgin bitumen.
