As we know that, throughput is amount of transferred data for a specific time. I want to fix data size and make time variable. The definition will be "The amount of time required to transfer a specific amount of data". What is the term for this?

I do not think that there exist any specific term for data transfer time/duration.

this is "transfer / transmission time". I would use the following terms:
Transmission over a data link: transmission time; packet / data transmission time; (mean) packet / data transmission time
(mean => variable packet / data length)
When transmission over multiple data links (delays in nodes) I would use the terms: transfer time; packet/data transfer time; (mean) packet/data transfer time

One can call it the inverse of throughput or the specific time as the time required to transmit on bit. It is the bit transmission time.

1- what is the benefit from this discussion? On another word. What you expect to reach?
2- Can the (answer) use as performance metrics or be a new parameter for the evaluation of network protocols?
Network throughput is the sustained maximum rate of data delivered over a given time period. It is the integration of effective network speed over time.
The inversion of the throughput you want to use may be called "data delivery time", which is the time the network takes to deliver a unit of data.

there is not a specific term as opposite of "network troughput", it is the subject to evaluate. It could be efficient or not, it deppends of the equipment systems and network configuration
