I used 0.5g of my dried plant seeds and dissolved them in 4ml 100% methanol, left them in a shaker overnight, then the next day, I centrifuged the extract, took the supernatant, and filtered it. Then, I evaporated the solvent and reconstituted the dried residues with 2ml distilled water. What would my final/ stock concentration be in this case?

Hello. Since you made an extract of seeds I do not think you can use directly the rule of dilution. But if you made some weights during processing you can ghave a less inacurate concentration. have you weight the dried solids after cetrifugation? You know what methanol solution extract? It is not possible to made analysis of the components?
