What is mean by a secondary messenger about calcium ion in plant? Is calcium ion concentration a secondary message or calcium ion only sends a message?
In endocrinology calcium can serve as a second messenger, meaning calcium transmits a hormonal signal from the outside of the cell (primairy message) to the cytoplasma by an increase of intracellular calcium (secondary message). Of course specific hormone receptors on the outside and Calcium pumps are needed amongst others.
Search in the literature for 'Calcium signaling" and read to start with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_messenger_system

Maybe this paper about Calcium signalling in plants is what you are looking for http://www.plantcell.org/content/22/3/541
We know that in the plant when affected by oxidative stress, the concentration of calcium ion going up in response to ROS generation. I need to know Does elevated concentration of calcium ion is a message? or elevated content of it, can activate other message and/or messenger (secondary messenger)?
An elevated calcium is the respons to a primairy message. That is what I think. I am not a specialist in plant physiology. Have you read the publication I pointed at?
Thank you very much for sharing your opinion and paper.
Yes, I've read it but I can't find out a clear answer to my question.
I agree with your idea and in addition to it, I think the calcium ion is not messaging molecule in normal condition. Then the plant exposed to stress, it's concentration going up and changed to messenger molecule and can stimulate another messenger molecule (secondary molecule), such as Commodore in the Ship!
I suggest you to read a Chapter "Stress Signaling II: Calcium Sensing and Signaling " wrote by Marie Boudsocq and Jen Sheen in " Abiotic Stress Adaptation in Plants" book maybe it ganna help you.
