Carbon nano tubes has more attention due to their unmatched Electrical, mechanical and transport properties but to make this fact as reality one of the reason is alignment of CNTs on Sample. So The question is how influence on properties of aligned CNTs? and methods of controlling in CVD method?
Since fundamental Studies and many applications are not possible without the alignment of nanotubes. So CNTs have been aligned by various in situ and ex situ techniques and have promising applications in high energy storage batteries, extremely strong composites , highly sensitive sensors and devices......

Due to anisotropy of CNTs, the superior thermal and thermal properties of CNTs are expected along tube axial directions. Intertube resistance is very strong among multiple tubes. Therefore, highly aligned CNTs are preferred for application purposes.
