In-silico study means computer modelling or computer simulation to finding a new antagonists or agonists for a target. Its use for understanding the underlying biology using pathways/network based on signalling cascades, determining the connectivity of drug as a network with targets to understand selectivity, integration with other models for pharmacodynamic and ultimately the emergence of systems.
In pharmacology, we use the collect of information from computational tools to analyse beneficial or adverse effects of drugs for therapeutic purpose.
