We' re bringing together a special issue of the British Journal of Educational Technology on ‘e-Leadership’ edited by Jameson, J. and de Freitas, S. (see BJET website: www.blackwellpublishing.com/journals/bjet ) and would be interested in your views. Despite the worldwide expansion in e-learning, social media and online work, the concept of ‘e-Leadership’ is still rarely used and seems to be little understood. Would you agree, or not?

Well, the question is open, To narrow it down , I think e-Leadership refers to electronic leadership, now electronics can refer to a broad scope. Maybe one can talk of e-leadership in education. Then it can be interpreted as leadership in many branches such as leadership, in blended learning, or in ICT, or in computer aided learning or on line. However, leadership is also very broad. I think I will engage more at a later stage.
