What is DST purifcation in PCR Primer designing?

I read about DST purification in primer designing manuals but its signifcance and procedure is not cleary explained in any literterature or source.

i'm not sure but i suppose that DST refer to "desalted", which means salt free oligos which is the Basic oligo purification protocool.
