But what is the charge transfer mechanism in 100% solid (ceramic(inorganic), or solid polymer) lithium-ion batteries? (Assuming that they (100% solid batteries) do not have even a very small amount of liquid electrolyte.)

准固态或者说半固态更确切一些，我觉得半固态用的是凝胶，就是在某一个尺寸范围内存在着液相，而全固态不含任何液相物质，全是固体。
