To me they are all the same. When someone requests a teaching dossier there you would write all the details of the courses you have taught, and student evaluations etc.
I always understood the three differently when I was on the job market. I took "statement of teaching philosophy" to be my philosophical reflections on the purpose and value of teaching my discipline. So it was quite theoretical. I took "teaching statement" to be a description of how I actually taught in the classroom. So it was quite practical. I took "statement of teaching interests and experience" as a list of courses that I was interested in teaching and the record of all the courses I had previously taught.
