Dear Sokratis,

The culture was under 12:12 light: dark cycle and everyday I did cell counts and measured biomass using PAM fluorometer.

The growth curve fluctuates and I'm not sure whether I did it correctly.

Thanks for your explanation and reference. I will have a look at the article soon.
