In my study, liquid nitrogen freezing is a good way to preserve RNA samples, but when we investigate at sea, it takes a month or more to return to the laboratory. We don't have liquid nitrogen and a refrigerator at - 80℃. What's a good way to preserve coral samples for RNA extraction and RNA-seq? I hope to get your help.
