Dear, research scholar, I have been working for last 7 years in low power semiconductor devices like Tunnel Field Effect Transistor(TFET), Junctionless TFET(JL-TFET). Now, I am making a plan to prepare a short note research based on TFET. Now, I want suggestion for writing a good review article. Before, start the work, it is important to know research scholars comments, suggestions, challenges, limitations regarding this research work.
