What is an appropriate natural mordant for natural dyes?

What is the appropriate natural mordant for natural dyes from flours, obtained after mechanical extraction of essential oils from the respective plants.

The plant flours are: soy, rose hip, almond, flax meal and pumpkin seeds.

If it is possible, to maintain the natural color of the plant flour when using the natural mordant.
