The following two papers describe the anti-dermatophyte effect of curry leaf essential oil:
[1] Deshmukh SK, Jain PC, Agrawal SC. A note on mycotoxicity of some essential oils. Fitoterapia 1986; 57 (4): 295-7.
[2] Tiwari TN, Chansouria JPN, Dubey NK. Antimycotic potency of some essential oils in the treatment of induced dermatomycosis in an experimental animal. Pharm Biol 2003; 41(5): 351-6.
Dermatosis mainly caused by fungus, virus ( like as papiloma virus) or some times bacteria. So firstly you need to choose some dermatosis species like as Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum gypseum and others fungi or virus or some bacteria, then you will test your desire EO MIC experiment. If your MIC experiment has been success, then you will apply it some animal model with carrier oil (92-95%), if animal model screening have been pass, then you will use it in human in a trail basis. Of course, you never used 100% essential oils in human body, maximum 5-8% are acceptable according to aromatherapy. You need to take care, when you will conduct this types of experiment because they are dermatosis pathogens. If you will contact with them, you may be affected. So take care.Thank.

Sir, I also requested that both paper have been checked on web but the download is unavailable. it is heartiest request that if you have content copy please attached here and send me.
If you are seeking my help to get your samples analysed in our Institute, as of now the policy is to analyse in house or Institutional samples only. The GC-MS instrument is in Lucknow office and I am in Hyderabad. If you forge collaboration with any of our scientists in Lucknow, it will be much easier for you to get your samples analysed and make combined publications. Alternatively, you can write to our Director ([email protected]) for permission to get your samples analysed at CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow either on cost or on free of cost basis. There may be several instruments in Delhi with many institutions and some of them may analyse by charging a fee per sample. You can explore that option also.
