It is known that a Neutron Star is essentially made up of only neutrons at the core. There are also Boson and Quark based stars that follow a similar concept, the only variation being that the core is made up of their respective particles, whether it is a variety of Quarks or a mixture of multiple Bosons. Most, if not all, of the other stars' core are Electron based.
