A research question is the fundamental core of a research project, study, or review of literature. It focuses the study, determines the methodology, and guides all stages of inquiry, analysis, and reporting. Do you agree with me?
Yes. But: there are many legitimate research questions, where the scientific methodology is still in the making, e.g. currently in the neurosciences. Science is always in the making; we need creative imagination and writing skills to extend the methodical boundaries of a subject. In addition, we should be aware of the scientific possibility that even complex problems can find simple and practical solutions.

A research design is the set of methods and procedures used in collecting and analyzing measures of the variables specified in the research problem research. The design of a study defines the study type (descriptive, correlation, semi-experimental, experimental, review, meta-analytic) and sub-type (e.g., descriptive-longitudinal case study), research problem, hypotheses, independent and dependent variables, experimental design, and, if applicable, data collection methods and a statistical analysis plan. A research design is a framework that has been created to find answers to research questions.

Hello, Research questions are main broad questions and may be complemented by a few investigative questions. They must be fact-oriented, information-gathering questions, capable of being confirmed or refuted.
It is maybe Open- ended or closed-ended questions? Data analysis is less demanding if respondents have to choose from closed-endedresponse alternatives. Butyour respoinsobility as a researcher is to makesure that you provide relevent alternatives. Work through the lilerature or conduct and exploratory study in order to find out relevant alternatives for you target group. A practical soluation is to add an Open-ended quetion at the end of you list. This can help you to judge whether you response alternatives were adequate. For more information see SAGE research methods( How Research Questions Impact Answers: A Case of Research Learning)...
A research question is an answerable inquiry into a specific concern or issue. It is the initial step in a research project. The 'initial step' means after you have an idea of what you want to study, the research question is the first active step in the research project.
This forms section 1.4 of the final thesis. Note that the research question may not be a question as such, but rather a statement of a problem to be investigated. Below is an example. Note the move from a general area, to a specific area, to the gap in the research( the first italicized passage) and then to the proposed thesis statement(the second italicised passage):
