"15-minute cities" is a relatively new concept and topic in urban planning that has gained significant traction in recent years. This concept is aimed at creating more sustainable and livable urban areas by designing cities in such a way that residents can access all their daily needs within a 15-minute walk or bike ride from their homes. As urban planners and policymakers strive to create more vibrant, equitable, and sustainable cities, they are increasingly considering the principles of 15-minute cities as a key component of their planning efforts.
Mixed use residential development and integrated housing development are two topics for both greenfield and brownfield developments.

I see from your comment that you actually seek to validate whether 15-minute is among the new topics. You can use the above searches to look for hallmarks of the 15-minute city, because it will probably not be explicitly mentioned (the UN report mentions combating sprawl, densification, accessing services, public transportation, etc.). Personally, I do not think it is a "new" topic, but it is a relevant topic, because it has not yet been solved. It is a rehashing of some ideas from "compact cities", "transit-oriented development", "walkable cities", "polycentric cities", and many other labels that have been floating around for at least 80 years. However, I stress, it still is and will be relevant for the foreseeable future.
