at the moment I'm looking for a topic for my bachelor thesis.
I was thinking about Blockchain and Smart Contracts for cyber-physical Systems, in order to use it for Smart Factory (industry 4.0).
Do you have any recommendations or different ideas?

This is a good idea. You can model secure transactions using smart contract for industry 4.0
Blockchains are quite appropriate for stable relationship graphs. Contracts as you mention are a good candidate.
Why not the supply chain into the factory of all consumables needed on a production line?
In the context of Industrial IOT (IIoT), check out some well known IoT reference architecture such as of Azure. Blockchain and smart contracts can be used for access control and tracking of their roles.
You can think of device management that offers to provision and sending data from the device to the cloud Gateway (IoT Hub) and then streams processing and rules evaluation over data and proper storage of the data, which is then integrated with business processes.
UAV is an emerging area which has drawn a lot of attention in both academia and industry. You can combine UAV with blockchain in a smart factory. For hints, you can the following papers which has already combined blockchain with UAV in the perspective of IoT.
