I guess you are looking for a way to evaluate how you can load data in data center. If it is the case, please refer to Cisco's Book : "Data Center Fundamentals". It outlines a set of metrics to consider for data load balancing data.

indeed I have optimal data placement algorithm of data in a set of data center, and I'm looking tools, test database to assess the performance of my algorithm
