I'm currently reading articles from Arxiv.org about the use of LLM in optimization, time series forecasting, etc (for example: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2310.01728.pdf, https://arxiv.org/pdf/2309.03409.pdf). My question is: is it possible for such tasks to rent (or use) a neural network on a resource like Google Colab in order to raise a small LLM on it for these purposes?
Or you can even get by with a home computer, I currently have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz (2013), 32.0 GB RAM (available: 31.7 GB), system 64-bit Windows 10 Home Edition?
