Actually, I think in this idea but I don't Know if it is correct or not

what happen if I start the biological synthesis process using nano-material as a bulk material ?

in this case, if I use microorganisms, they will die or the concentration won't effect on them or they will collect these particles into Macro-molecules, or will degrade the NPs into smaller size in comparison to the original NPs size. the same in utilizing enzymes rather than microorganisms.
