I need to know which materials that can be used as Glucose-responsive moieties that directly trigger the anticancer drug release from the nanoparticles such as micelles, instead of changing the glucose to pyruvic acid to trigger the drug release.
I got that the concentration of the glucose in the healthy cells is about 5mM, and in the tumor microenvironments up to 20mM, is that right ? any references ?
