Not a lot more than control surfaces on any other aircraft. Obviously a BWB doesn't have an empennage, so all the stability and control needs to come from the wing and its control surfaces. That might mean bigger with more loads on them. But the design of the control surface itself is very similar.

I recommend the book by Karl Nickel and Michael Wohlfahrt "Tailess Aircraft in Theory and Practice". It will answer you question and a lot more.
