The purpose of the catalyst film is to be prepared on a base and then after complete preparation, to be transferred on to an another base for the final use. Since, i am able to prepare catalyst ink but somehow I am not able to determine the amount of solvent to be added into it, hence I wonder if there is any theory related to it and are some factors that are needed to be considered for the same. Thanks Mr. Shaban for the info, but I would want to know more regarding the catalyst ink made using vulcan carbon alone or with some metals or alloys sitting on it.
