Hello, Michelena. I am currently working on BPMN through the use of BIZAGI software. This tool makes it possible to create process maps and process tests with time calculations and step interaction tests. It works well in the jobs I've been developing. Attached are two works where I used BIZAGI.

Muchas gracias por su respuesta. Estoy revisando su trabajo y me resulta muy interesante pues en nuestro grupo utilizamos Arena para la simulación de los procesos, los mejores resultados se han obtenido en la simulación de procesos de prestación de servicios

Estimada Michelena, todos los processos, pueden ser simulados, tanto aquellos que tienen como fin un produccto angible cuanto un intangible.

La ventaja principal de los softwares es que el costo es bajo (comparado con la realidad), y que se pueden modificar las variables intervinientes, como tiempo, cantidad y distribuciones de probabilidades.

En el Anylogistic el programa sugiere otras soluciones de optimización.

Solo hacia referencia que nuestro grupo de investigación ha tenido resultados más robustos para procesos de prestación de servicios. Actualmente mtrabajamos la simulación de procesos productivos relacionados con la industria médico.farmaceútica y esperamos obtener resultados similares a los obtenidos en aplicaciones anteriores
