Hi am a 3rd year physiotherapy student. I want to do my dissertation MSK pain and Tourettes. Do you have any particular advice or links please? I am looking more specifically on on how common pain is as a feature, I am struggling to find any figures. I am thinking along the line of a qualitative study looking barriers to patients accessing services, particularly physiotherapy, for pain and injuries and what patients would like clinicians to be informed about. Statistics on how common MSK pain is would help justify my proposal. I listen to the podcast on BBC where you state 86% in your survey had pain or discomfort which affected their ADL's. I would appreciate a source for that if possible.
