I want to perform EIS and CV of my material Carbon doped Titania as a counter electrode for DSSC, I just want to know what electrolyte solution and in what molar concentration I have to use it?
Please give me a detailed answer, I'm Going through literature but can't find that.

For CV measurements: use dummy electrolyte with a composition as follow:
0.01 M (2.128 g) LiClO4, 10 mM (0.268 g) LiI, and 1 mM (0.05 g) iodine (I2) in Acetonitrile (200 mL) solvent.
In some cases, Urea, iodine, LiI are used in MPN solvent, but the efficiency is low in such solvents.
For EIS Use the Same electrolyte as you are using DSSC. You can perform EIS measurements for complete DSSC or Dummy structure (two sandwiched counter electrodes facing toward each other). For the counter electrodes study, we prefer the Dummy structure, but the electrolyte is the same.

Apart from the asked question, the mentioned material is not suitable for counter electrode applications. Titania is a photoanode material, which has no performance in the cathode (counter electrode). Instead of such inactive material, you can try with composites of other recent cathodic materials: such as sulfides, molybdanates, phosphides, selenides of Ni/Co.

Please read some papers on DSSC. There many types of electrolyte solution you can use, depends on your work.
