What does this error message mean "cannot prepare receptor for AutoDock Vina; please look in Reply Log and/or run Chimera with --debug flag ?

When I performed docking with chimera, the error message below appeared in the log screen and the process was stopped:

"cannot prepare receptor for AutoDock Vina; please look in Reply Log and/or run Chimera with --debug flag to see errors."

Actually, I prepared the receptor carefully before docking using Dock prep tool, but I do not know what happens.
