The reaction temperature in solvothermal synthesis of nanoparticles could play an important role in particle growth and shape/size control. In general, the nanoparticles can be formed at different temperatures. Influence of temperature on particle growth and shape/size depends on the nanoparticles type and medium pH . Different kinds of nuclei or nanoparticle clusters with different shapes are expected.
In general, increasing temperature shows a trend towards increasing dimensionality of synthesized nanoparticle
Synthesis of nanomaterial, its growth and controlling the size/shape in hydro/solvothermal process are of fundamental interest of researcher. One have to read/know the basics of it, which includes Classical/Non-classical Nucleation Theory, Ostwald's Rule of phase transition. Overall, I can say temperature is a thermodynamic factor which provide the necessary energy for phase formation in solution and greatly influence the growth of particles thereafter. With increase in solvothermal temperature, particle can grow bigger or a change in crystallographic phase may also happen.
I will suggest you to read some fundamental book for nanomaterial synthesis first, before perform anything.
