Stress is part of our lives. It includes very different situations. I think it is often combined with the work situation, but it can also be used in situation like being severely ill. If a person who is very ill does not talk about his/her illness friends and family might be stressed. Therapists for example made good experience with rituals to reduce stress after the ill person learned to talk about it and these ritual help friends and family to find stability in this uncertain situation.
