In my opinion they could not be Rhizoctonia symptoms.

all plants look like be damaged by some insect larvae, then affected by saprophytic fungus as a result of secondary plant injury

It may be injuries by insects or cultural instrument and then affected by saprophytic fungi.

I think reason is the same due to some physical injuries , damage by insect followed by fungus.

So to cure this fungicide will be best for fungus and for wound proper care should be provided.

Hi, if there is a dark sticky ooze from the stem, this is a gummy stem blight caused by a fungal Didymella bryoniae.

for my opinion it could be mild infection with R.solani. this fungus when infect mature plants it make cork lesion or canker like what appear in yours picture.
