what does it mean is a question of quality. what happens is a question to understand mechanism. well, lots of moisture corresponds to increase in water content. this leads to swelling of compounds beyond its limit of integrity. thereby rendering it to loose efficiency. the overall outcome is loss of function of the DLCA.
