What does it mean when PLAXIS 3D mentions meshing is not possible because "Lines Overlap"?

The command area says "Lines overlap". Under such conditions, what are the ways in which I can proceed with meshing?

In case there is overlapping, how do I understand which lines overlap and how can I stop them from overlapping so that the calculations can be performed.
