I analyzed drug-treated vs. non-drug treated cells. I used the fold change method fo 2^(delta delta Ct) and got 0.1 fold change. Should I just state that I got 0.1 fold change, representing downregulation in the drug-treated group? I read somewhere that he reciprocal of this value (1 divided by 0.1 = 10) would represent the down-fold change. But I am not sure about that, because I found it nowhere else. Then someone told me to express it as a percentage, and said it would be 10% difference...but I also do not think that is a correct interpretation of the data.

Would someone be able to clear this up for me?
