Do you utilize official libraries of machine learning algorithms (i.e. WEKA or MOA), or do you prefer to employ your own collection of algorithms (i.e. handcrafted scripts, your own implementation of various algorithms, etc.)?

The term “stream-based” has been included as this is the direction where I am going. However, I am genuinely interested in your benchmarking habits (regardless of their applicability for stream-based approaches).

EDIT: Thanks for your previous answers! UCI is indeed a nice source for datasets. However, i am rather interested in the source of your algorithms. Do you implement them yourself or do you utilize a (software) library (like WEKA)?
