Know first of all that I think that this article that I put you in link is an article of pseudoscience.
However, a growing body of scientist and non-scientist (amateur or not) believes in this theory, which is in my opinion a hogwash.
I would like you to give me your opinion. Do you share my point of view? Do you think this article has "potential"?
If you can, I would like you to make some arguments for which this theory could be "true" or "false" and why.

This article is an example where one uses mathematics to "prove" one's philosophical theory. the indiscriminate combining of different theories, General Relativity, Special Relativity, Newton's gravitational theory, Kepler's laws of planetary motion and sometimes integrating with no constant and at other times using a constant, the taking of square roots with sometimes both positive and negative and at other times just the positive is clear proof that the author wanted to get an answer that he had already decided. this is not a scientific theory but a mish mash of using different theories to achieve a philosophical goal. thanks.
Much of physics has become like a religion; this is a result of the scientific stagnation of physics as science.The presentation is a labor of love; scientific methodology and maths are demonstrated as perfected artifacts. I can only hope that my daughter will not have to learn this for her final high school examination, but we are struggling with similar stuff, which is of no value for practical science and life. Such works are the fruits of the 'positive rationale'; if we add some more political centralism from Brussels, whole Europe could be forced to learn about this 'effect' or a civil war could be provoked. Do not worry, France is the world champion in soccer.

Thank you for these beginnings of comment. We all agree together that it's pseudo-science.
Why not ? several theories started like this, and they became mature by time after modifications and had been more systematically proved, or totally abandoned, but with so much positives in average at the end of all that.
When Einstein introduced his theory preliminary, they accused him that he was crazy, but they returned and kneeled down for him after the first experiment based on his theory.
