Others are interested to sell the cables and points at every parking position with electricity selling stations.

That is not good for the People and the cities economy.

When I was young in the 1960s, anyone over 25 years old was pretty much locked into their own little worlds, of working for a living within the USA Military-Industrial Complex, so never wanted to bite the hand that fed them.

It was the youths in the 1960s, who saw the inequalities of Blacks, and the Vietnam War and the Environment, and the mothers with children saw the atmospheric testing of Nuclear Weapons--All as life and death issues, and were the main changers of society.

Now they are coming out once again, to help save us all.

However, now we see clearly that there is a bigger issue, of our addiction to fossil fuels as a species, and that the waste products are changing the whole biosphere, in ways that the nations that are burning the most, can only give us platitudes and no plans towards fixing the problem, even after 30 years of discussions, protocols, and treaties.

The youth have a perfect right to be angry at the selfishness of the olders ones, and want a revolution, to start the reversal of the global warming that we have set in motion---that we are feeding every second of every day, or at least until every country on the planet goes on a Carbon Diet.

Fortunately a UK author, Saci Lloyd, has imagined for us, what a Carbon Diet might look like. Using the UK as the model for her science fiction book, that country went on a Carbon Diet when the climate-change induced weather patterns became overwhelming for the UK, in "Carbon Diaries 2015" -- One of the most important books written so far in this millennium.

Climate change is now well known phenomenon and a geo political as well as socio economic football, which every country want to play. The hype of climate change is more than the action which are needed at individual level and state level through policy mechanism. I think well thought plan and our action should speak rather just echoing in AC room with plastic bottle packaged water in conferences and seminars for climate change. They should do it in open amphitheater and feel the surround when they speak.

I agree with your opinion. A well-thought-out action plan and commitment from all countries will bring visible climatic effects. All countries in the world must be involved in climate change.
