What do you think about the Champion™ pET SUMO Expression System for cloning bacterial cellulase?

I want to produce recombinant bacterial cellulase and I must decide how vector system is useful for this work. Can you help me ?

Acturally for the recombinant protein expression, it's hard to give a accurate "yes" or "no" answer. It depends on the tag you employed and also the interest protein, which may be toxic to the host E.coli cells. I've ever used sumo tag to express in-fused interest protein OsGBSS1, and it works very well. Hope it works for you too.
