In the context of a cinema class that I gave at University, I'm wondering and made a research about the dogma 95's style of Thomas Vinterberg : why this movie (Festen) is pretty unknown today? I'll be glad to know your opinions about it.
I guess it's knowing and recognized by specialists or cinema lovers, but not by a hudge part of the population as Lars Von Trier's movies for instance. However, this year and the past year the movie was adapted on stage by theaters.
