Can anyone suggest studies focusing students' perspectives on school science experimentation? I am particularly interested in:
a) how students understand the general nature of school science experiments in relation to professional scientific practice (e.g. when asked to compare the two domains) and
b) how students estimate their own experimental performance and the quality of their evidence in relation to professional scientific practice (e.g. when asked to compare their own actions, evidence and argumentation to what they assume scientists would have done).
