What DNA extraction kit should I use to analyze the bacterial community from fish gut, skin mucus and water?

I want to analyze the bacterial community (OTU) from fish skin mucus, gut and the environment (pond water). So which DNA extraction kit do you advise me to use? And which universal primer is best for this work?

In my opinion Thermo Scientific GeneJET Genomic DNA Purification Kit is best for bacterial DNA extraction.
