Suppose a person has a very different perspective about an almost established scientific facts, and he still want to move ahead with establishing/sharing his perspective so what are the methods at his disposal?
One thing to note here is that the perspective have no support of existing literature nor of any lab observations.

If you truly want to work alone, then you will have to devise;
a) A hypothesis that is falsifiable
b) An experiment to test said hypothesis
You then have the choice as to whether to actually conduct that experiment or not yourself. You could, as Peter Higgs did, simply conceive of a testable quality and let others do the hard work.
But devising both a hypothesis (testable) and an experiment, and conducting the experiment without any other input is quite a task.
I would canvas the wider community - right from the outset, and save yourself much (possibly futile) effort.
James Garry my situation is quite unique based on my job and friends circle I am solo all alone, I think I will go with your suggestion in my situation
