How are you

Most of the hydrothermal/thermoannealing method produces layered 2D MoS2 from precursors like ammonium tetrathiomolybdate. To produce spherical MoS2 nanoparticles from layered MoS2, ultrasonication in IPA followed by centrifuge separation is the easiest method.
