1. Strategic: digital tool initiatives, continuous improvement of tool/technology, compatibility of tool with the existing technology, Investment, upper management involvement and support, High degree of mutual adjustment.
2. Operational: cost, quality, time, flexibility, responsiveness
3. Cultural: openness and honesty, Communication and understanding, trust, mutuality, information sharing, Motivation.
